At Filelegant, we take pride in offering handcrafted pieces made with love and meticulous care. Due to the unique and special nature of handmade items, we adhere to the following policies:
1. Processing & Crafting Time:
- As each product is crafted by hand with accuracy and care, order processing and production take 5 to 7 business days before the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
2. Nature of Handcrafted Products:
- Uniqueness & Individuality: Every item is crafted individually by hand. Subtle variations in stitching details or material color shades are considered part of the charm and uniqueness of handmade work, not manufacturing defects.
3. Return and Exchange Conditions:
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, we are happy to exchange or return it within 3 days of order receipt, with Filelegant covering all shipping costs.
- Order Cancellation or Modifications: Requests for cancellation or modifications can be made as long as production on the handcrafted item has not commenced and it has not been shipped.
- Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and completely in their original packaging.
